Manager Job | Responsibilities -

  • Oversee and lead a group of fifteen to twenty people, making sure they work together and perform well.
  • Accountable for accurately and promptly resolving the bank’s reconciliation of AR receipts.
  • Assist the commercial team by conducting store calls, operating watch towers and dashboards, and auditing bills.
  • Assist the group legal and compliance team in managing legal matters involving retailers and collection agents.
  • Collaborate closely with HR on cases involving wage deductions and other compliance-related issues.
  • Increase productivity in business operations by keeping an eye on and using checklists.
  • To improve technological efficiencies, resolve technical issues and validate automation.
