Responsibilities -
- Resolve consumer inquiries about utilizing the product using appropriate FAQs, video demos, and blog postings across channels.
- Work in cooperation with our partners’ support teams to achieve timely resolutions.
- Document all consumer feedback for further assessment by the product team.
- Label the queries we receive from consumers with different tags to identify what drives support traffic.
- Identify and address end-user pain issues in collaboration with the rest of the Customer Experience team.
- Track relevant support indicators and create reports for quality assessments.
Experience and Skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and vocal.
- previous customer service experience.
- Knowledge of investment products and stock markets is a significant advantage.
- Past experience with a FinTech startup.
- Ability to investigate, ask inquiries, and conduct research.
