Responsibilities -
- Writing technical documents and Product Specifications
- Collect information through product description documents, interviews, product demonstrations, and product exploration.
- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to understand the concepts and generate well-thought-out papers.
- Understand the various user paths and offer the content in a way that is easy to consume.
- Use aids such as diagrams, flowcharts, and videos in the articles as needed to further explain the ideas.
- Peer review, editing, and proofreading.
- Improve content quality by collaborating with internal teams to identify and address documentation flaws and gaps, and solicit feedback.
Experience and Skills
- Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and vocal.
- Work experience creating procedural software documentation.
- Ability to investigate, ask inquiries, and conduct research.
- Quick learner.
