Assist in stakeholder workshops to obtain and accurately capture business requirements.
Analyze data using tools like Excel, SQL, or analytics software to find trends and insights relevant to company goals.
Help generate and update project documentation, such as business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs).
Assist in the creation of test cases and scenarios, as well as participation in testing activities, to ensure that generated solutions match the stated standards.
Participate in meetings to receive input, provide updates, and verify that business needs and project deliverables are aligned.
Assist with researching and evaluating potential solutions or technology to meet business needs.
Assist throughout the implementation phase by providing user training and assistance to facilitate the successful acceptance of new systems or procedures.
