Associate | Job Responsibilities

  • Examine the CSAT responses, and make sure the remedial measures are implemented on time.

  • Take part in the Critsit procedure to quickly address the situation.

  • Keep track of and prioritize incidents.

  • Work with the carriers and providers for resolution groups.

  • Investigate the escalated issue or incident and report/escalation (both functionally and hierarchically) to the appropriate parties (Vendors / Level 3 ).

  • Contribute to the KR, FAQ database, or knowledge article upgrading process.

  • Participation in strategies for continuous service improvement (CSI).

  • It is your responsibility to create the induction materials in coordination with the project’s pertinent stakeholders and to make sure that new hires successfully complete the induction process.

  • Managing the floor effectively.
