- Partner and Account Management, End-to-end delivery | Collaboration among teams and management.
- Respond to leads and receive the mandate to create volunteer events.
- Manage and build corporate partnerships, ensuring involvement all year.
- Closely monitor corporate requirements and develop solutions accordingly.
- Work with prospective corporates to understand their needs and offer the best solution.
- Communicate with partners to determine their needs and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordination with the Inside Sales Team for proposal preparation and submission based on program needs, and contract close.
- Manage cash inflow, invoicing, payments, and outstanding balances with corporate partners.
- Work closely with the program teams, inside sales team, and social team to ensure that excellent reports are submitted on time and that Bhumi has high visibility in the social arena.
Experience and Skills -
- The ability to examine data, assess circumstances, and make sound decisions based on quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for successfully conveying information, presenting findings, and collaborating with team members and clients.
- Expertise in software, tools, and technologies related to their industry, allowing for fast task execution and problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills required to establish and develop professional connections, collaborate in a team setting, and deliver great client service.
Salary and Pay -
