  • Meet major financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share).

  • Deliver on the Pictures of Success targets, ensure survey completion, and collaborate with customers/distributors to deliver excellence in execution.

  • Develop effective long-term relationships with consumers and distributors to be seen as the company’s primary customer contact inside the state.
