Responsibilities for Customer Support Advisor -
- Provide customer help to clients via voice and non-voice.
- Responsible for following up with customers.
- Achieve the allocated target within agreed-upon dates, and adhere to quality criteria.
- Gain knowledge of the client’s products/services.
- Provide customers with timely, trustworthy, and accurate information.
- Capability to identify solutions using established methods and procedures.
Responsibilities for HR Team Lead -
- In charge for supervision of a group on a daily basis of PSC representatives and specialists, including performance and attendance monitoring in compliance with organizational standards and necessary regulatory requirements.
- Effectively coach subordinates on their performance on an ongoing basis to ensure that performance metrics are reached at least weekly.
- Identify performance-related issues, design an action plan for improvement, and implement remedial action, including termination of employment.
- Ensure that the service offered fulfills our SOPs.
- Provide subject matter expertise in managing escalating employee calls and cases.
- Conduct team meetings to guarantee the timely exchange of vital information.
- Should be able to do the specified duties with a high degree of ownership to assist the business and personnel.
Experience and Skills
