Responsibilities.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls.
- Verify the customer’s documents and assist them according to the standards.
- Before sharing information, verify the customer’s details according to the Data Protection Act.
- Help customers resolve their issues satisfactorily.
- Update customer profiles in the client database.
- Provide resolution from the very first interaction.
- Escalate difficulties if necessary through the appropriate processes.
- On a daily basis, report to the team leader.
Experience and Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work in alternating shifts and off times.
- Fluent in both English and Hindi.
Salary and Pay
