Technical Support Representative Job | Responsibilities -

    • Assist clients with exceptional technical support over the phone and through other speech channels.

    • Diagnose and fix technical and software problems pertaining to our SaaS products.

    • Help consumers with questions about usage, configuration, and installation of the product.

    • Keep a record of every customer encounter in our ticketing system, along with the specifics of the problem and the actions taken to fix it.

    • Handle complicated technical problems with precision and promptness, and forward them to the right teams—developers, senior support personnel, etc.

    • Work together with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and offer suggestions for bettering the product.

    • To improve technical support service, stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices.

    • Participate in the creation and upkeep of FAQs, knowledge base articles, and support material.

    • Assure excellent client satisfaction and prompt issue resolution to deliver outstanding customer service.

Technical Support Representative | Experience and Skills

  • A track record of success in a technical support specialist or related position, ideally with an emphasis on SaaS and voice support.

  • Strong technical acumen and the capacity to diagnose and fix problems with software.

  • Strong oral communication abilities and the capacity to explain complicated technical ideas to clients in an understandable and efficient way.

  • Knowledge with SaaS products and a solid grasp of the underlying principles and technologies.

  • Ability to track support cases and manage customer contacts through the use of ticketing systems or customer relationship management (CRM) technologies.

  • The capacity to work autonomously, set priorities, and efficiently manage one’s time in order to fulfill service level agreements.

  • To deliver outstanding support experiences, one must possess patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.

  • Willing to work the 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. IST US shift

  • Installation and implementation experience with products is a bonus.
  • It will be advantageous to know about switches, networking, routers, and VoIP.
