Support Executive Jobs | Responsibilities -

  • Keep an eye on the assigned locations’ effective operation remotely through emails, outbound calls, and collaboration with field executives.
  • Coordinate with various internal and external agencies on behalf of field executives/sellers in order to ensure timely and effective operation execution.
  • Provide training and guidance to dealers to ensure that standards and procedures are followed.
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures, analyze data, and suggest features and procedures aimed at enhancing the seller experience.
  • Availability for weekend work

Experience and Skills

  • Able to speak English with ease
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Have fluency in both Hindi and English and feel at ease speaking it
    able to work at different shifts.

Salary and Pay
