SPS Associate Jobs | Responsibilities -

  • Serve as the main point of contact between Amazon and our suppliers
    accountable for delivering accurate and prompt operational support to retailers using the Amazon platform
  • Resolve ongoing system problems, enhance procedures, and provide internal documentation.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist selling partners via chat
  • Maintain service-level agreements for phone and/or email cases while making a positive contribution to the team atmosphere.

Experience and Skills

  • Able to speak English with ease
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Have fluency in both Hindi and English and feel at ease speaking it
    able to work at different shifts.

Salary and Pay
