IBM Job | Responsibilities
Organize every accounting task related to the General Ledger, including fixed assets, inter-company, inventories, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals.
Identify and recommend suitable steps to address risks or opportunities to sales, costs, and profitability.
Ensure that clients’ Service Level Agreements (SLA) and schedules are met.
Experience and Skills -
Minimum 0-1 year of work experience in finance and accounting.
Ability to manage order fulfillment, collect and apply cash payments.
Experience identifying duplicate entries in vendor bills, verifying and processing them accurately and timely.
Ability to match invoices, find errors and exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce invoice aging.
Be part of a team that is compliant with SOX – for example, documents to be posted after necessary approval.
Experience managing manual and automatic payment requests, as well as verification and payment run proposals.
Solid grasp of processing travel and expense (T/E) claims and payments, duplicate payment resolution, recovery, and vendor statement reconciliations.
Ability to handle inquiries through phone calls and email follow-ups
