Job | Responsibilities -

  • Deliver second-level application support for GBT applications, such as travel counselor servicing and corporate applications.

  • Assess the number of incidents throughout the entire range of supported services.

  • Respond to significant incidents and application difficulties according to stated protocols.

  • Join major incident bridges and triage issues to provide or drive resolution.

  • Monitor multiple ticket lines globally to ensure tickets are not breached.

  • Responding quickly to application notifications and difficulties.

  • Author knowledge articles relevant to applications and newly discovered issues.

  • Quickly assess issue severity based on business effect and prioritize or de-prioritize accordingly.

  • Install and configure all applications for travel counselor services and business applications.

  • Contributes to the efficient handover of new goods.

  • Report production effect details to management.

Experience and Skills

  • Proficiency in English, strong communication skills, and exceptional problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in English language.

  • Flexible to work in shifts.

  • Customer and client-focused.

  • Self-starter, rapid learner with the capacity and desire to learn new abilities, swiftly adjust to changing environments, and work with little supervision.

  • Strong Microsoft Office capabilities.

  • A good understanding of networking.

Job | Salary and Pay
