Airtel Executive Trainee | Responsibilities -
Plan store tactics to increase store traffic and maximize profitability.
Manage a complete Airtel store and give a wonderful experience to consumers while driving sales targets, adhering to predefined criteria.
Ensure a consistent, excellent shop experience for customers: meet customer requests, resolve concerns, and provide quick and efficient service.
Drive sales of various Airtel plans, plan upgrades, and goods (my Airtel app, WYNK, Airtel TV, etc.).
Maintain store personnel job results via coaching, counseling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, and appraising work performance.
Maintain inventory levels for Airtel assets such as SIM cards, dongles, and WiFi devices.
Airtel Product Operations Manager | Responsibilities -
Accountable ensuring that the product functions smoothly and compliantly.
Keep a close eye on alerts to identify any failures or exceptions, and ensure fast and quick resolution.
Set up systems to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal norms, coordinating with multiple cross-functional teams.
Get relevant reports configured and enabled for consumption by diverse parties.
Manage escalations, queries, and data requests separately from multiple cross-functional teams.
Handle additional ad hoc duties to ensure product growth.
