Consolidate, finalize, and monitor the territory’s sales plan and actual results.
Create orders on a daily basis by following up with clients and channel partners.
Monitor real consumer offtake versus plan.
Customers receive feedback on dispatches, order status, and stock transfers to regional depots.
Movement plan by grade/site to depots, and periodically review physical goods to avoid stock outs, as well as ageing and disposal of stock.
