Responsible for the hands-on creation of end-customer communications (SMS/PULL/PUSH) for North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Japan, and Latin America.
Create or alter templates with dynamic content and rules by coding CSS and HTML utilizing interfaces such as Adobe Campaign Standard, Twilio, and Braze.
- Define recipient segmentation, suppression lists, automated import rules, and perform data hygiene.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify SMS and email rules and guarantee compliance.
- Create A/B and multivariate tests, publish the results, and optimize ads based on them.
- Understand marketing campaign strategy and terms, track campaign performance and data quality, assist with outbound and inbound marketing operations, assess key performance indicators, and collaborate with creative teams to obtain business approval.
Experience and Skills -
- A minimum of three years’ experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C context.
- Proficiency in systems such as Adobe Audience Manager, Twilio, Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Autopilot, Braze, Iterable, and Drip.
- Experience with SMS and PUSH marketing trends, benchmarks, and laws.
- Strong expertise implementing marketing campaign programs using browser-based email and messaging tools, with a focus on dynamic content/personalization to improve performance.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like as Angular and ReactJS, as well as a fundamental understanding of database structures.
- Strong grasp of worldwide anti-spam trends and legislation, as well as working knowledge of omnichannel systems including ACS, AJO, and Adobe Analytics.
Salary and Pay -
