Experience and Skills -
- C1 or native written English proficiency.
- High enthusiasm for assisting consumers, IT curiosity, and basic technical expertise.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically while approaching assignments.
- A typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
- The computer has the following parameters: RAM: 16 GB or more (Windows); 8 GB or more (Mac OS). Processor: Intel i3, i5, i7, 10th generation or later. Minimum AMD Ryzen 4000 or higher.
- Ability to increase internet speed to at least 50 Mbps.
Salary and Pay -
