Job Responsibilities -
Report to the Head of Public Policy for South Asia. Based out of New Delhi you’ll help design and implement a public policy strategy for India and other key markets in the region. You will assist regulators in internalizing Snap’s distinct design and value proposition, as well as ensuring policy stakeholders hear and understand Snap’s voice.
Horizon scan and collaborate closely with Snap’s internal teams, including the broader Public Policy team, Legal, and Business, to analyze legislative and policy initiatives affecting their areas, understand their priorities, advise on risks and opportunities, and develop policy positions and approaches that advance Snap’s interests.
Support senior management and executive briefings and engagements on India and South Asia, including APAC and global leadership.
Collaborate with the Communications team to help them respond effectively to media queries by giving the relevant policy narrative that accurately portrays Snap Inc.
Partner with consultants as needed to help Snap in South Asia.
Requirement & Skills -
Understanding India and South Asia’s technological policy landscape
Strong corporate writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with Snap to identify relevant issues.
Articulate, thoughtful, and excellent decision-making capabilities
Ability to operate independently and as a self-starter in a fast-paced multicultural setting.
Salary and Pay -
